July 21 | 10:30 AM
Cost: Free
Reservations: Please call 518-251-2505
Parking: As there is significant construction in the lot behind the town hall building, that lot is unavailable for parking. You may park in the “library/town hall” lot, along Main Street north of the intersection of Main Street/28N. On 28N, you may park on either side of the road so long as you are not in the street and pulled off on the shoulder of the road. You may also park in the grass lot on the corner of Main Street/28N - this is private property, but we have temporary permission to use this lot.
This year, Seagle artists will be performing the charming children’s opera LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD by composer Seymour Barab. The production is sung in English and appropriate for children pre-K to 6th grade.
Four of Seagle’s talented 2026 Emerging Artists and a pianist will perform the show live for our young audience members.
The production of LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD is approximately 35 minutes long and will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The operatic version of the story follows the traditional fairy tale with beautiful and accessible music, and clever rhymes throughout.
