Singer-songwriter Caity Gallagher will be accompanied by pianist Dan DeKalb for this performance. They will be showcasing her original music, which Dan also produces and records. Their style emulates artists such as Jackson Browne, Carole King, and Maggie Rogers.

Caity Gallagher

An indie folk singer songwriter based in Albany, NY, Caity Gallagher’s rootsy compositions and lilting vocal lines serve to showcase intimate lyrics that tell universally relatable stories. Likened to a modern combination of The Cranberries and Jackson Browne, Caity elevates melodic, lyrical, and emotional expression in her music, with each song aiming to map the endless meandering paths of the human experience. Listen to Caity’s music HERE.

Dan DeKalk

Dan is a man with many talents. A pianist at heart, Dan has taken his musical abilities to the studio. He has many different credits on many different albums. As of 2024, he has 7 million plays on Spotify. He has songs in commercials, movies and has been featured on Spotify's New Music Friday and BBC radio. Dan grew up in rural Upstate New York, with nothing to do but heavily study the piano. While Dan and his childhood friends were forming bands, he was studying the noise, recording and mixing songs from the age of 12.
